My soap (ad)venture story.
I was born with sensitive skin. Allergic to sun, perspiration, dust, grass, certain trees, fruits, rubber.. you name. And because of all that, I developed allergic eczema. Unfortunately I passed this on to my almost 3 year old son.
So the challenge for me after he was born was to find something natural, no allergens, no parabens, no synthetic products, no harsh chemicals.. correction, no chemicals at all. And so I started researching and from there on, I studied and learned how to make the real and true soap.
Apart from honey that I add on some soaps, most of them are vegan and Palm Oil free. And I only use natural colourants which I add on the labels. The soaps are 100% natural and made by me. Prepared and cut by my own hands.
Paraben and dye free.
I will eventually colour them with natural (fruit and vegetable derived) colours. I do have one curing that has Turmeric so it is a dark orange tone. 1) Chamomile Soap for Babies 2) Creamy Green Tea 3) Roses and Cream 4) Honey and Oatmeal (what we currently personally use for the last 3 weeks, and love it!) 5) Healing Soap (still waiting to be unmolded). I am getting there, bit by bit. Time is a challenge, but priorities do not change.

These are some of the few test soaps that I have made. I normally make a small batch to test the recipes and see how it turns out and use them after curing. Curing takes about 4-6 weeks but I personally wait around 8 weeks.
